Betting’s a big world to step into. It can be daunting. First, it’s putting your money where your mouth is–and while you might know for a fact this fighter’s going to win, you may not be willing to lose money over it.
But making it even more complicated is the fact that there are all these hoops to jump through! Where can you go bet? What do these numbers mean? Don’t worry–Round By Round Boxing can explain.
The easiest bet to make is a simple prediction of who’s going to win. But even this can be complicated by numbers.
What does +120 mean? It means you only have to bet $100 to get $120. Meanwhile -120 means you have to bet $120 to get $100. Easy enough. But what are all these other betting markets?
Of course, there are other things you can bet on. For example, is the match going to end in a knockout? Or is it going to go the distance?
Then you may have heard the term over under. Basically, you’re betting how long a fight will last–under x amount of rounds or over x amount rounds.
There are plenty of different markets to choose from, depending on what bit of knowledge you think you’ve got.
Maybe you don’t know who’ll win, but you know that two offensive cannons with glass jaws aren’t going to go the distance. Or maybe you know that one of the fighters gasses out in six rounds.
Whatever the case, betting’s easier than it’s been–and there are plenty of online platform options to choose from when it comes to betting, all offering different signup bonuses and incentives to join.
